How to Renew   l   Contact ACPM

Thank you for your interest in registering or joining the American College of Preventive Medicine (ACPM) today. The form below will allow you to register either as one of the member types of ACPM or as a guest if you plan to attend an educational event (either online or in-person) and either do not qualify for membership or wish not to join at this time.

ACPM is a physician-only constituency. Therefore, members must hold a valid license to practice medicine (as an M.D. or D.O.), or be enrolled as a medical student in a college or university. All candidates for membership acknowledge that by selected a membership and completing the application, you are agreeing to abide by the ACPM Code of Ethics. You may view or download the Code of the Ethics for your reference.

Guest access will allow non-members to register for ACPM events, complete CME/MOC exams and purchase items from ACPM. Guest access does not constitute membership with ACPM.
